Engineering
Full-stack TypeScript engineers shipping web apps, e-commerce, and internal tools for clients. React, Next.js, Postgres, the boring parts done right.
Five disciplines. Async-default. Sustainable pace. Real ownership over the work and the outcomes.

Engineers who can scope and ship LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, and API automation. You write evals, not just prompts.
React Native and native engineers shipping production iOS and Android apps. You care about offline state, app-store review, and crash-free sessions.
Product designers comfortable in Figma, comfortable shipping to production, and unbothered by tight constraints. You design for the build, not the dribbble shot.
Engineers who own deploys, monitoring, and uptime. CI/CD, Postgres, observability, and the on-call rotation that keeps client products running.
01
A link to a product you shipped, a repo you wrote, a design you took to production, anything that shows the work. Skip the cover letter.
02
If there's fit, you'll hear back inside a week. If there isn't, you'll hear that too, we don't ghost.
03
Most hires start with a small paid project, a scoped piece of real client work over two to four weeks. We pay market rate, you keep the work either way.
04
If the pilot works for both sides, we make an offer that reflects the role and the seniority. We don't “leveling-interview”, your work tells us where you land.
Operating taste.
You can tell the difference between work that ships and work that wins awards. You optimize for the former.
Write to think.
Async-first means decisions live in writing. If you can't put a recommendation in a paragraph, you can't make it stick.
Owner mindset.
Nothing “isn't your job.” If a number is wrong, you're the one who notices and fixes it.
Senior, not heroic.
You move fast because you've seen this before, not because you're willing to grind weekends. Sustainable pace, every quarter.
We're fully remote. Most of the team works between Eastern and Pacific US time zones; new hires should be reachable for at least three overlapping hours with the US East coast on weekdays.
We pay market rate for the role and seniority, in your local currency. Employees inside the US are W-2; everyone else is on a contractor agreement structured for sustainable, long-term engagement.
No benefits performance theater, health stipend, equipment budget, paid time off you're actually expected to take, and a clear written promotion track inside the discipline.
Email a few links, products you shipped, code you wrote, designs you took to production, and a paragraph on the kind of role you want. We reply.
